Aid to Africa

When the topic discussed is poverty, people can not be objective. Starving and having a battle with poverty and diseases is a problem which seem to be have no solution. But as said in the articles, which are shown in our WebQuest, People have a lot of disjunction on ideas: some of them say the aid given to African people must be doubled and some of them say no aid have to be given. But actually the point is not the aid given to Africans, the point is how the aid given them. I think may be one of the reasons of this poverty in Africa is because of that aids' given them inaccurate by rich countries. For example if rich countries had not sent Africans food and they give that money for improving their crops and agriculture, there would not be any starving and food crisis. I think the first thing have to be done in a undeveloped country is increasing the trade and market. For example if Africans can produce cotton after the substructure work for that country(ex: feeding soil by using technology, founding factories and giving them raw materials with no fare) they will use this cotton for producing shirts etc. And than they will lead their life with the money they take from rich countries. The second thing should be improved and reconstructed is education system. Rich countries should channelize the help of theirs to education and invest the money for growing people. Then year by year it will be seen that education improves the life standard in country. The third thing is health. If there is no health, there will be no people living. Thats why for HIV people should be treated in big and improved hospitals, so hospitals should be founded there and HIV defeated people should not have any relation with HIV negative people. And people should be educated for not having sex or any blood transfer with HIV positive people. In additin HIV positive people have to not have children. After that people should be educated for not having overpoulation. These things actually will cost a lot for rich countries, so I will probably say aid should be doubled or tripled. Aid should be increased but not by sending them food, by doing the things I said. I think the only way of rescuing the African people from all that suffer is trade and market balance, education and health services improvement.

africa needs help

Aid to Africa must be in progress in this stage but this financial support should help people to live humanlike. İf the financial support stops, african people die this is a simple corelate.because they have no chance without money. we should distinguish two things: today'S help to africa is not effective but it is also a must. Therefore the aid system should be changed.
The important point is that if aid giving nation can change their aid policy, in other words if this countries help to africa to develop then no problem. there is a good example to develop this idea, we know that 500 billion dollars was spent for africa but this was only to keep poor african people alive. They dont help them to develope.
In conclusion aid to africa must continue but also should be friendly and to help them develop and live freely.

Aid to Africa?

Aid have to be stopped but after supply some useful conditions for Africans.I mean, aid shouldn't be stop suddenly.At first, seed should be given to farmers to sow them and food aid should be given at the ame time for a while.Farmers should know to grow foods not only for their families but also to provide for other people who live in Africa.They should even grow foods to export to develop.In Zambia,aid was banned because Zambia worried about genetically-modified US maize. Donors was waiting that people would die withouıt aids.However, people could alive without aids and they even raised their self- assured. This shows, aids reduce Africans self-assured. Therefore, aids shouıld be stopped.However, all sub-Africa's countries may not adapted esily and they may need time to be able to grow their own feeds and to recieve aids from rich countries, donors and NGOs for a while.Then, aid must be stopped. In conclusion, while they are growing their foods, donors should give aids at the same time for a while. After Africans become conscious about growing foods, aids must be stopped.

I think when aid is finished poverty is increase same proportion.I think aid should not be stopped to in Africa.But isn't the certain solution of poverty.African people suffer from hunger which caused by poverty.Many people argue that each other with this topic'' Aid brings the indolence''.Indolence is the huge issue of the undevelop countries.They have to pass over this obstacle at all costs.Statistics show that this portrait 200 million people malnourished and at the and of this result aid must be increase for Africa.

Poverty is neccesary

i think poverty is the main point of daily routine.it provides economic system. According to Marshall,Poverty is neccesary because,labour can result only from a state of poverty.Poverty shows the difference of societies condition and it is the crucial effect of life.Many people argue that with each other is poverty is the biggest problem of the world . It brings some death,unhealty life and terrible lifestyle it effects education level.Rich people want to be poverty population because poverty is the major point of their economic life.Poverty seems bad idea but it is the rule of life and people have to obey this rule.In a globalized world many people well known that equality is the neccesity one but it isn't good for economic system.

Aid to Africa?

Stopping all aid to Africa cant conclude Africa's problems. Africa suffer from hunger and poverty. Africa should do something to solve these problems. Other countries shouldnt exploit Africa's resources. On the contrary, they should teach them how they control these resources. Giving aids to Africa is very good, but teaching something to people is very helpful for Africa's economics. If other countries teach how Africans control their resources and how they improve themselves, Africa will be developing. Stopping aid to Africa causes Africans' die. But, if they learn how they live in life easily, they will struggle to survive in life.

Should we fight against technology to protect our privacy?

The effects of the technology on our daily lives and privacy has gradually increased and it is very near to reach the peak. It can't ve denied the advantages of the technology but the negative effect of it concerning privacy is debating these days. Of course, it isn't nice to know our messages are read. For that reason, there should be some restrictions on the technologhy for our privacy because privacy is one of the important rights and if we don't prevent the effects of technology on our privacy, people will live with suspicion. This is not good for the health of society. On the other hand, technology can be used to prevent terrorism and other crimes like smuggling of narcotic. In conclusion, as it understood that technology can be good for our national security but it is very silly for our daily lives. For that reason, there shoul be some restrictions.

“Aid to Africa?”

Africa is the country we all feel sorry for. People are poor, hungry and suffer from very bad conditions. Living in Africa can be a nightmare to us but there are people who are living there.


Africa is poor and people are dying. Aid to Africa can save lifes but not all. It's because of the life in Africa. People start to train childen to kill when they are 8-10 years old. Children grow up with guns in their hands and they dont't know what is right and what is wrong. They do what they are told. So first things first if we want to help them we must educate these children and stop what they are doing. There are hundreds of people starve and die. We are in 21. century but people starve. We must do something about this but how? We can't stop it by ourselves. People have to will it before doing that and i don't see any people around me who are careing about Africa.

I hope living in Africa will be fine in some years because living in a world like this is no good because some day people can turn their backs to us later...

Aid to Africa?

Stopping all aid to Africa will not help end poverty because starving is one of the biggest problems of Africa. But it can't be denied that sending only aid is not sufficient in order to end poverty. Actually, we should ask ourselves "What do we understand from aid?". We only realize that if we send aid to Africa, there is no hungry people so there is no problem for Africa. This is actually wrong. Of course, providing basic needs to Africans is very important and we should start from this step if we really want to see developed Africa but we also take some steps to help the development of Africa because they aren't doing anythinh while they are getting food. In other words, they don't produce anything. For that reason, we should provide some fields for people's enterprise. For instance, if Africa moves from substence agriculture to commercial farming and by implementing a programme of industrial development, they can develop. For all of these reasons, we should be aware of what Africa actually needs and we should see the whole picture. We should think not only short-term help but also long-term help. Chinese proverb tells everything "you shouldn't give the fish, you should teach how to catch the fish."

Should we fight against technology to protect our privacy?

We are living in a world which is changing everday. And technology is developing so fast that everday they find a way to get out lifes easier. I think that we shouldn't fight against that. Technology helps us in every way. Before, when there was no internet or no television we couldn't know anything about the world. What's happening in the world. Now we can learn it from our cellphones, our computers or from our TV's. We talk on the phone to communicate. If we are away somewhere we can talk to our friends or to our family on the phone. We can send money to foreign countries in a second. I think the most important one is the health. With the technology that we have they can find out what is wrong with the patient in easier and they can find cure to diseases. These are all the facts that the technology makes our lifes easier. If you are an ordinary person, you don't have to be scared about your privacy. But if you are a famous person or if you commited a crime or something you have to worry. And i think it is another good way about technology. Now they can easily catch a criminal or we can learn a lot of great things about the famous person we like from the internet. They can't listen to everybodys' phones. If you are just an ordinary person you don't have to worry about your privacy but if you are a criminal you have to worry because these days they can catch criminals even from their cellphone signals or their shoppings.

Aid to Africa

The aid must be given to Africa of course. Without that the people in Africa would be in a worse situation. There must be health aid to Africa. Aids is one of the biggest problems in Africa right now. Aids kills 6.000 people each day. Peoples' education level is so low, they can't improve themselves and because of this unconsciousness the population increases all the time so that the hunger appears. Because of this reasons there must be education aid to Africa. I think the education aid is the most important one. Industrialism and modern farm must be given to Africa. The people in Africa have to learn how to be a free person and they have to earn their own money. And if they can get education they can do that. And they have to work at the factories and they have to develop their own country and themselves. If they can not get help, the diseases coming from Africa will spread to the world. Because of the diseases and because of the hunger and poverty kills thousands of people everyday, the aid must be given to Africa.

Aid To Africa

In my opinion, with aid improvement, also should try to find better ways for Africas development. Giving aid is important for some kind of things, but long ranged solutions are more important. First, rich governments should cancelled Africas debt. Rich government use Africas debt for their advantage. With their application Africa can not improve and can't manage theirselves independently. They allowed Africa to trade more processed goods. Thus people who lives in Africa, reach better product. Someone send to Africa raw wheat. But if they send bread instead of raw wheat, this is better for Africa. I think civil war is one of the main reason for this bad situation. There are war about all around the Africa. This situation is advantage for arm dealers. They sold weapons to this countries and gain big moneys. Needless to say they do not sell weapons to persons. They sell weapons to dictator of that country and dictator give that weapons to his community and they kill. This should be blocked. Only with public order Africa can improve. As a conclusion, African people needs aids but only giving aid is not a solution. You can give them food, medicine, but you cannot solve their base problems with them.

I don't believe if aids are stopped, poverty will finish. Aid is not solution to finish poverty but aids must be in there because they need help. There are HIV viruses in Africa to kill people and there are a population problem due to unchecked population growth. If these two problems solve, they won't need help. Because Africa has rich mines: oils, gold, timber and diamond. If African people can use and control this mines, they can solve these two and another problems themselves. Because money is the biggest problem and they can solve their problems with money. In coclusion, African people can't use and control their mines because big countries don't want this, son they need aids and aids should not be stopped.

Aid to Africa; today its been done by many years.It became an addiction also whole thing works out nothing at all.Even western people do it just for they feel guilty.And they should be feeling guilty.But this kind of aid,is wrong.Today,when we look at the big picture,its the same Africa back in 20years.Even worse.This is mostly because of there is no such proper aid plan for Africa.The most aid being done is food aid.This seems to be working out.Bu only in short term.People are becoming addicted to this aid.Rather than standing up and start figting for earning their own food,they are expecting help constantly.But should we stop food aid? Ofcourse no.Statistics shows that more then half of the Africa is struggling to get food,they are just on the hunger limit.So stopping food aid,would be a total massacre.But is it the right way for helping Africa?No its not.So what should be done is helping Africa by food aid but also helping them to build their own system of life.And stopping the food aid progressively.

Stopping aid to Africa will help Africa. But aid shouldn’t be stopped at once. Because their situation is awful now. But aid should be stopped in a near future. Because they are not starving because of economical problems. Because they don’t need economy. They don’t need money. They are used to live without money. They are peaceful with the nature. Only way to helping them is giving them their rights. Imperialists must give them their gold, diamond etc resources. UN, USA, UK, EU etc seems like helping them, crying them and praying them but it’s known that they don’t. Why should they? Germany is the leader country in Gold Exchange. UK is the leader in Precious Stone Exchange. They steal them from Africans. They have been using Africans as slaves for centuries. Every year more than 200.000 children from West Africa are kidnapped. Their prices are 8 pounds. Children from Benin, Togo and Mali are working for cacao companies. By the way those companies uses children for their advertisements. How cruel, dishonorable and shameless they are. By the way Animal Rights Fund’s budget is more than Slaves and Minority Fund’s budget. Worst part is so many African children are used as sex-slayers. I want to turn the subject. When they will start to live free they will solve the problems result from starvation and illness. It’s known that creator of HIV is soldiers of USA. They are millions of people who are killing themselves in Africa. Why? Because weapon producers want it. So simple. If there won’t be any terror, how they will sell guns? Aid must be stopped in a close future and Africans must get their rights. Like Massais blesses: ‘’Always be lonely!’’ Live Africa alone, live us alone!

''Internet Skills and Technology Security''

I don't think that this project add some internet skills to me. I'm already good at internet. I use internet so much both at homework, entertainment, life etc. I use so many research sites such as Google, Mozilla Firefox, Yahoo... They are easy to use and secure sites. They help me lot. As a technology security I have to admit that development of technology is incredible. It's bad I think. Because our future will be like G. Orwell's ''1984''. Specially some governmets use technology for their benefits. It is bad humans. They want to know everything. Technology is well if it is for nature and living creatures. But if it is for weapons, secret informations etc bad. Especially for a world which is full of secrets and darkness. It is the time for using technology for clearness.

Aid to Africa?

Help is help if only it really helps and makes someone happy.Africans don't stop dying from hunger although day get aid.This may make a question mark in our heads about neccessarity of the aid given to Africans.But no one is cruel enough to let them starve and die, so in my opinion aid should be given by something else that they will use for their lifetimes.Food is given and when it's finished, people start to die again.It's not adequate enough to counteract the poverty that Arica is facing. So, in order to invest all the money to feed the Africa, they should be fed in physical and psychological ways, like health and education.They should be prepared to life by taking good education and make money enough to feed themselves and their hungry families.And there should be more opportunities about people's health problems in order to prevent people dying.All in all, Africa is in need of aid, because it can't survive lonely.But this shouldn't be given in cash, cause it's not working.Different ways of aid should be given in order to rescue the country from a dead end.

Stopping all aid to Africa could not help end poverty because instead of stopping aid they need lots of things to end poverty. There are several problems about Africa such as decades of underinvestment in rural areas, war and political conflict, unchecked population, diseases, agriculture and lack of basic education etc. Africa has to overcome these problems to end poverty because if African people overcome these problems, they can get permanent solutions. However, Africans do not have any force to solve their problems, that’s why the other countries that are developed can help much more to Africa to cope poverty. For instance, if their problems are overcame by rich countries, Africa’s poverty might be over because these kind of aid which I mentioned is more permanent for Africa’s politics, economy and basic education. Besides, some kind of aid such as water, medicine, food etc. keeps people alive and tries to maintain their dignity as human beings because they have to be alive to fight the poverty. For example, 30% of African people have HIV/Aids and also there are several diseases that they suffer from. So, they need medicine to get rid off their diseases. When they take medicine they can not die because of illnesses. Therefore, they will be more healthy by using basic aid to end poverty. Thus, stopping all aid does not help end poverty because they need permanent solutions to improve their conditions. Also, until Africa overcomes the poverty, the aid should not be stooped.

AID TO AFRICA ?

Aid to Africa is necessary for a definite period. Africa has mines, oil and other things. However africans can not profit their wealth. Poorly goverments, bad management and built colony from other developed countries give way to poverty. Therefore aid to africa does't solve every bad things which HIV, poverty, hunger enough. When i research this topics argument, i read so good example from BBC's website. It explain that '' in the very first days of an emergency such as a refuge exadıs or natural disaster when people are not able to cook their own food aid agencies can provide biscuits, rations or even freshly baked bread for people.'' However Africa has faced many problems for many years, so aid is necessary, but aid should not be biscuits, clothes or other things. If aid agencies, NGOs want to rehabilitate Africa financially, they should increase employment rate of africa to build up factories, farming, because food or other aid don't provide better life. It only give some minutes to live. Therefore NGOs, aid agencies or developed countries must provide to employ in Africa ''for'' Africans.

Technology is getting to improve .In the world,there are lots of countries which are changing rapidly by technology.When technology is added to peoples’ lives,it began to change our lives.What’s more,it began to influence us more positively.But there is a conflict between technology and changing.The most important question is we have to ask; should we fight against technology to protect our privacy? This preference changes from person to person and it reflects people’s attributes from the technology an deven what they seek in life.In my opinion,there are severeal aspects how techonology influences our life,how it destroys the privacy of peoples’ life.There are lots of different countries and they usually have no connection to each other in terms of culture and habits.Such as;after tv has included our lives,people began to get news on there.But there are kinds of news which they ignored the peoples lives.Furthermore,internet began to be an indispensable part of our lives.It helps not only communicate all over the world,also to do research in every area when we needed.But those essential things had used almost limitless so we can’t say that all of them are supported by awareness.There are many various problems in copying,writing,publishing something without any permission.Due to this, undue publication are using in internet or without permission online users download the musics by deserter.In addition to these,the majority of people prefer the connect others pc’s.They access the others hidden data’s.It blazes the withdraw one's confidence from sb.The other important technology tool is mobile phones.Out of the circle of acquaintances have an opportunities to listen our conversations if they want.On this way,if we don’t know why they are listening our talking,we don’t have any chance to protect our privacy.Okey,ı accept,it has benefits,it is necessary to prevent troubles for us.Suc as; terrorism. Consequently,many people admit that technology has changed our lives in many ways.If we want to protect our lives with privacy,we have to learn abdicate the to poke into other people's business. Using technology should be balanced between every people.Therefore,it mustn’t using without others’ permission.

Causes of poverty in Africa is important because all aid is not useful in African's people. While
West country could help to Africa. They should pay attention some problems that come on scene in societies. For insteance; If the aid is basic needs such as food,water etc.These needs should be chosen carefully.They causes some dieases for people and animals so this sitution is no aid for them. The aid could damage to society. The food that bring about dangerous dieases make different problems about health. I think that African's goverment should taken some measures for people and own society. Towards having favour from different country because allhelp actually is not really aid.

Benevolence to African people is favourable if it is without the thougt of having the benefit for Hesperian countries'.Africa aided by such of different countries for years.Their poverty recieves help with these countries favour.Food,medical,financial and educational donations to Africa helped government to decrease its liability to public.Although America spend money with free hand for Africa,it is known that this help is a political show and actually not consult Africans interest.These political actions can't help this country to end their poverty in a real way.On the other hand; the food gifts haven't a good nutritional value and this causes congenital defect to new generation.The basic solution for ending the poverty can be the education of public.This situation can be undesirable for other countries bucause one day Africa could be a rival against the third world countries.Finally;the aids which are given by other countries to Africa aren't so convivial and these helps are transitional solutions.The obvious thing to do for African people is to bear their own cross.It shouldn't be forget the countries colony policy for centuries.

I think, stopping aid to Africa is not a humanistic decision but, in the same time we can not say that aids are permanent solutions.According to researches , The problems of famine and poverty in Africa have reached epidemic proportions. More than 30 million people suffer from acute-malnutrition due to starvation.İn this point, food and medicine aid which are provided by western governments and non-govermental organizations, have a vital importance to keep African people alive.On the other hand, these people need permanent solutions to eradicate famine and bad living conditions . They are in a vicious cycle.They are hungry because they are powerless .They are powerless because they are hungry.Therfore anybody can not expect an improvement in Africa while these people are strugging to survive.For this reason, Developed societies have to make an effort to solve basic needs and services like nutrition, health and education.In addition,western governments should cooperate to abolish trade barries in Africa economy.Furthermore,If we think the sources of this continent were exploited by western societies ,these actions must be a charge or apology, not only aid.In conclusion,African people need radical solutions to maintain their dignity as human beings and have a fairer system of trade and other societies should help them for this purpose. Because we do not ignore other people who share the same world with us.

Africa is now in need of a minimum standard of living. It needs the basic goods and services so as to go on living and improve lives. Africa is a country which starvation boundry and underdeveloped. It has lots of problems. For example; basic levels of Education, Health, Water, and Economic Empowerment, Natural disasters, Explotation, for Food aid. Every year, three million babies die in the first week of their life, while 3 million are born dead. More than 100 million children do not go to school. Diseases is diffusing, non-stop. In Botswana 39% of the population is HIV positive, and life expectancy has dropped to 39 years, according to UNAids. Deaths are increasing every other day. According to UN Population Fund, a woman dies every 60 seconds due to pregnancy related causes, equal to 60 deaths per hour or more than 500,000 every year.But poverty and hunger is very important than other needs since the number of hungry people is growing by 5 million year. These people go to bed every night as hunger and more than half of Africa is in need of urgent food assistance. The situation is so bad. Because of this, food aid must do immediately and then other projects should be used for problems. Something has to be done for these people by political will or other powerful authority. In addition, giving aid feels fine but there are better ways to help Africa. Why to find different ways are necessary about aid to Africa? For instance," Despite nearly a trillion dollars of aid since independence in the 1960s, much of Africa is worse off now than it was then." Because of this, I don't believe "only aid is not solution for Africa." As a result, Africa needs to find a permanent solution to develop and make progress by itself. Aid to Africa

It is very important to help African people now, because there are many poor people who suffer from lack of food, water and some diseases. They don't have enough medicine to avoid from the disease. For example Aids and Malaria. If some big countries don't send them medicine, what will they do. All of them will die. There is some preventions to keep away from some diseases. If they are educationed, they can easisly understand what is wrong. For example, you must keep out of, the river in the middle of Africa, because you can take some Malarian viruses. Some people , who stil live there , dont know this yet. So education must be seen every where in Africa. Some big counties send some doctors to teach that kinds of information to poor African countries.In additon, if big countries and some big companies don't send food to African people , many of them will die . Because Africa is not a good place to do farming. The land isn't a producctive place. They have some other kind of varieties but, they don't have a good land. So some coutries must aid to poor Arfican countries till them organize their trade and development

I think,stopping all aid to Africa couldn’t help to end poverty.Also,sending aid couldn’t solve the problem of poverty.So the most important question is,how could Africa end of the poverty?There are variable problems with sending aid to Africa.Western countries provide them to food aid.Because,Africans don’t supply enough food for themselves,they can’t do farming business in terms of.I think; Africa has good resources but they don’t use it because of their bad policy.They are depend on other countries policies.When war and political conflict will be ended,African farmers will be able to feed their socities and they will provide urgent food which African had need to. Thereby,the food problem will be removed.On the other hand,other factors have drastic role over the food aid.For instance;diseases;HIV/AIDS.It’s the most important problem of undevelopment countries.Africa don’t have any sources to keep peoples from diseases.HIV epidemic is the main reason of the scarcity of food. e.g.many African women incures the HIV epidemic and farming labour force is rely on womens’ working.So,it inflences the working force negatively by way. Consequently,if African government decrease the percentage of diseases death,it will help to improve the conditions of the poor.Furthermore the solution is,the government has to encorage Africans to being a sufficent people.They should provide education and trade possibility.

Stopping all aid to Africa causes more problems for Africans then now. According to statistics, 200 million people malnourished and 4 children of every 10.000 die per day because of disease. It can be a cutthroat policy when all deaths come true. However it is an incontrovertible fact that aid is not solution to end poverty in a long term. In accordance the speech of the Western countries, the aid which has been given to Africa will not able to effective except sustaining inappropriative governanceship. To cope with poverty in Africa, Western colonizations should be ended, bad governments should be called off and serious health and education reform should be done in Africa. It is fact that it will take long time to come true all these suggestions. Corparations and Western countries should make plans how they effectuate these reforms in order to make an aid addiction for Africans. As a consequence, aid should be gone on until long-term permanent solutions will be effectuated.

I believe that, aids to Africa should continue. Since they need these aids in order to live. Factors which cause poverty and hunger are rural poverty, international trade barriers, overpopulation deforestation, poor use of land. Of course as we know, effects of natural disaster are big. Morever, although millions of people die from AIDS, population increase significantly in Africa. While there are people who suffer from hunger and poverty, to what extent are correct increasing of population. On the other hand, Africa has abundant and rich land. However, they do not produce their food as there are no irrigation equipment, agricultural machinery, fertilizer factories, infrastructure in Africa and it will be very difficult for them to overcome their problems under these conditions. Ithink, If countries provide these possibility, they will be able to produce their food and will be able to develop. Because people need to develop and work. What is more, goverment of Africa should help their public. For instance, they should lower taxes, remove trade barriers and even if aids do not stop, they should not be relaxed. It is a well known fact that, if problems of Africa can solve with only food aids, these have been solved a long time. Therefore, countries should provide education and trade possibility and also agricutural machinery while it help.

Stopping all aid to Africa certainly results in a worse situation for Africa then now. According to statistics, more than half of Africa is now in need of food and many children die of malnutrition. Level income differs between countries of Africa and north side is better than others. In Ethiophia, level in come per capita per year is not even 100$ in a year. It is only 90$. In this case, can stopping all aid help them? Absolutely not. Only hope for them is aid which comes from other governments. Aid slightly decreases the number of people who die because of famine and some incurable diseases. It is a well-known fact that aid is not only solution for African poverty. Africa is in need of radical changes in government and economic policies; but stopping all aid is not a solution .I approve that it is not right to make them addicted to aid. Giving then opportunities to work and earn money to survive may be a solution but this requires a well-structured government. Finally, stopping aid does not help them , it causes Africa to be in a worse condition.

It is necessary because ıf there would be any poor people, there wouldn't be wealth people. The economic of world has balance. This balance depend on money. Everbody cannot be wealth. If everbody would be wealth in a country. This country has not waitors, tailors, shoemakers etc. Anybody do not perform own works in daily, so sources of this country run out because people of country have fulfillment of rules ,sociol laws and values. People spend their money without working and not earning money. The economic balance of this country is broke down. Every social must has poor people . It is sure that this stitution is very distressful. However; ıf developing a country want to be economical power. They need to poverty people.

I think that the aid to Africa is actually necessary for helping Africa in order to develope itself and diminish the level of poverty and hunger. Aid is the charity that aims to develope Africa and supplies basic needs to Africa in order to hamper poverty and hunger. Therefore this kind of aid keeps people who are struggling to survive aliveand tries to maintain their dignity as human beings. Moreover aid is determined as a life support system that not merely supplies food for hunger but at the same time leads so many children to have education and access well health conditions. For example, hundreds of children manages to escape from the violent streets and HIV and Aids after British aid to Africa. Thus, this limited aid that is included with education and health might be required for Africa in order to complete its development process, because as we think that the development is a long-term process, the first basic requirements for development or gaininh prosperous are education and health in social, economic and political means.
On the other hand I believe that this kind of aid should be kept limited and it should not be doubled, because by this way Africa can not prevent itself to be depended on the countries that apply aid and it might turns out to be slavery and suffers from the collpnialism. Moreover the aid is not the only solution that it needs to complete its development process. One of the articles that I have read though WebQuest underlines that if aid could make Africa prosperous, it would have done so by now. Moreover, if we try to examine the today's status of Africa such as wells in wrong place, factories without a fuel supply, roads that were not maintained, we can realize that cash only helps peple survive. Till there is an unequal relationship between Africa and other countries and a barrier in trade that hampers Africa to sell its goods, aid can not help Africa in order to develope itself in economic and political means. However, I think that aid is necessary for Africa in order to make people survive and diminish the level of poverty, even though I know that the aid is not the only solution for it.

Should we fight against technology to protect our privacy?

Technology is getting more and more important for people gradually by disregarding some privacy rights of people so we should do something to prevent losing all our privacy on the opposite of the developping technology.
Why is the technology important this much? Because it plays so important roles on many spheres of our lifes. Both business and daily lifes we benefit from the advantages of the technology by using mobile phones, internet etc. Especially the internet is full of informations about everyting, photos, groups, videos and so on. Those things are used almost limitless so can we say that all of them are supported by usage rights? Of course, there are many problems in copying, publishing, playing sth without any permission. For example, while singers work hardly to do their best for their albums and earn money of course to continue their job, someone copies their songs and put on internet without any legal permission. Moreover, someone is studying to decode other’s on the internet to have their personal informations. There are such virus programmes that when you’re working on your computer, someone can see all of your screen and your works on an another computer. Owing to that programmes or systems our correspondences can be read by anyone, our phone conversations can be listened, our location can be discovered. Sometimes those functions are necessary to prevent troubles like terrorism etc. However they should be used in limits by supporting legal rules and more punishments should be applied for anyone who doesn’t care about the rules.
In conclusion, if something isn’t done as restrictive, we are going to lose our privacy and security. In a world that anyone hasn’t got security, privacy and other rights, a big chaos will be inescapable.

Aid to Africa?

Food aid is necessary to be sent to Africa in nowaday’s situations there despite it’s not an actual solution. There are many reasons for both stopping and continuing to sent aid to Africa.
Firstly, I want to start telling about the unequality of aid’s distribution. Some countries don’t have any effective governments to reach development aid . For example, while Somalia and Democratic Republic of Congo couldn’t have aid, Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda, are already receiving around 50% of their budgets from aid despite they aren’t in a very hard situation. Then, it should be considered that aid creates a dependency on having prepared needs for Africans and sending aid continual doesn’t give a chance them to be encouraged to produce new products. Thus, they have been getting a habit of waiting help without working, struggling. When they lose their self-confidence, it’s a good state for Western aid donors to set their majority in Africa. The conclusion from that reason is unequal relationships. It’s certainly clear that only Africans can change and improve their countries by raising taxes so they can prevent powerful countries benefiting from this situation.
On the other hand, despite all disadvantages of food aid it’s a real that most of the people in Africa need them to alive. For preventing bigger troubles and mortalities that comes from hungery, diseases like HIV/AIDS etc., food aid should be continued to sent for a while and in this while the projects should be started to apply like investing in agricultural projects in Africa, encouraging people to produce, giving education to let them to have conscious about lots of things to develop theirselves.
As a conclusion, food aid isn’t a fundamental solution to end poverty in Africa but it should be continued for a while that people have a higher life conditions than now with bringing into force projects that I mentioned about.

I don't think if all aids are stopped,poverty will finish.Because they need aids.If they don't receive aids,they won't survive.Aids only are not solution to finish poverty. Aids that they receive until now don't contribute poverty in Africa.This is a fact.Although Africa has good resources, Africa doesn't use them because of bad policy.So they always need other countries.This make Africa depending on them.After they take aids,they don't anything to develop their countries.They should make something themselves.But on the other hand,poverty is not their blame.Even if they want to do something fpr their coutries, they must manage natural disasters. 50 million children are malnourished and 4 children of every 10.000 die per day other from diseases and malnourished.Disasters,conflict and diseases such as HIV (% 30 sextually active HIV positive) cause poverty and poverty is the most important problem for undevelopment countries. They should take aids such as water,medicine etc.These are basic needs to keeps people alive.Also long-term development aid play role helping people to work their way out of poverty.For example:Democracy is spreading in Africa with election.Independent television and radio were established.These became by aids.What's more, education is key for development against poverty.Children go to school by aids.Because of all of these reasons aids shouldn't be stopped.African's people receive aids until now and they are depend on these aids.So,I think cutting all aids means that they will be killed.

I think aid that is basic needs shouldn't be stopped, but aid is not solution for Africa's improvement. Now, people are hungry and powerless, they are waring diseases, drought. There are a lot of other problems. These are underinvestment, political conflict, aids, unchecked population growth. Of course, aid that is basic needs won't solve these problems but they won't be hungry and thirsty and at least they won't die because of hunger. They are in very difficult stuation now and if aid is stopped, every thing will be worse. Until now, there is aid to Africa but there are many lameness related help. Aid should be long term and it deliver equally because in Africa all aids are short term and aid creates unequal relationship and these are not solution. In conclusion, as it can be seen aid won't provide to develop but aid is necessarily to people that are in Africa survive.

Stopping all the aid to Africa won’t help end poverty. On the other hand sending aid and doing nothing else won’t help poverty as well. Decreasing the money spent on the aid and spending that money on long term solutions will help. There many problems with the aid that is sent to Africa. Aid is not always distributed properly and not every part of the country has equal access. Politics gets into this, governments use it as a source of power and distribute is anyway they want. Moreover, aid creates addiction and people eventually stop trying to produce on their own if they can easily access the aid. The solutions to poverty can’t be short term. They should be long term solutions so that after a while Africa can be independent of the aid and the support and can be self-sufficient. At the times like natural disasters, aid is very crucial. Other than that, it makes the people “aid- dependent”. When the president of Niger refused the food aid, every one reacted but he actually had a point. He pointed out that the number of deaths did not decrease at all, therefore aid doesn’t really help. The solution is sustainable development. To make this happen people have to be healthy, therefore stopping all the aid is not the solution. Aid is a partially helps but it alone is not the solution. In conclusion, giving away a lot of money to relieve conscience is not right. The solution has to long term. Sustainable development has to be archived. The most important aim should be; Africa being self-sufficient. Otherwise, sending aid and doing nothing else won’t help at all.

I think aid to Africa should not be stopped. Because if it stops they can not progress on their own. More than half of African requires food assistance especially women and children. They are many things to be done to deal with this situation. HIV viruses patrol in Africa to kill the productive labour. And another problem is unchecked population growth. These two problems can be solved with a large scale sexual education with using causal teaching. They should know what is to be done. Africa is rich in resources such as minerals, timber, oil, diamond , golden. These materials are controlled by whitemen. I think whitemen could create factories and set up basic facitilies to Africans' economical progress. And then they should unhand from these materials to see what will Africans do with them. They had no chance to function their sources before. Only with their own operations can save them from poverty. Providing compensation to local farmers is one of the greatest solutions for ending the famine. If local produced feed use for aid we would see a development of feeding poors faster and cheaper. When feed come from another part of the world then prices increase and may be it could be very late for helping. Also some given foods could be genetically-modified which can blaze some complex illnesses. Africans are not guinea pigs, West people must learn it. Growing their own feed can also be a solution to another problem which is called "aid addiction". Another thing is not to try to save the present day. Should be focussed on basic issues to make some radical solutions. Let me talk about education. Some peoples think that education is the basic problem in Africa. Come on! It is rubbish. Do you believe that you learn something when you are hungry, thirsty ? I do not think that aid to Africa should stop, stopping aid to Africa means a death of a continent. Whitemen allow them to use their resources for saving on their own.

I think stopping all aid to Africa is probably will damage them. Because more than half of Africa is suffering from malnutrition. Millions of people die from diseases. Most of Sub-Saharan Africa is in the World Bank's lowest income category. They really need help. I am accepting that these aids can't solve the basic problems. Governments must do something about this subject. Because of the aids they ignore their people's problems. Despite of the facts that children keep on dying, that's why aid shouldn't be ceased. The progress of development is a long way. However both of the sides must care and Africa should struggle to survive.

*We should fight against technology to protect our privacy because if we do not have privacy then we do not have freedom. ^Technology is improving in several sectors such as communication, military services, telecommunication etc. and we use technological materials every time and everywhere such as mobile phones. Mobile phones companies use the system that is called GPRS and all of them include this system that is used in navigation. Though, using this system is forbidden without permission, if some companies use it they can find us from our phones by using navigation and they can follow whoever they want. This means that we have no privacy. However, if it is used by the police or military to catch people who commit crimes or terrorists, it can be very sufficient and benefit because this system helps policemen to find them. >Thus, using technology should be balanced because when it uses for normal people like us without permission, it takes our privacy -our freedom-. Therefore it should be used for just specific, wanted people by military or police.

We should fight against technology to protect out privacy rights because not having privacy rights means not having freedom. Technology is improving exponentially regardless of violation of our privacy rights. We should never compromise our privacy y ergo our freedom. A lot of phone companies use the system called GPRS. Although it is not used, the system allows full navigation. Yes, this means that if we have satellite compatible phone we can find our way home when we are lost in the narrow streets of Taksim but it also means out parents can find out that we have been out with our friends instead of going to school. Nobody will have privacy, everybody will find out about everything. This will cause a chaos of human relations and society will collapse. Advanced technology should still be used but that should be built in a way that they are sensitive to privacy. For example; the phones should have options to switch them off or on but only government authorities should be able to track us. This will be very safe if we get kidnapped on the streets and the police are trying to find us. “The information technology revolution that transformed our economy has also given us the tools, infrastructure, and commercial capabilities to make domestic defense easier, less expensive, and more effective...”* In conclusion, there has to be a middle way. Inventors should be sensitive about these issues and have alternatives.

Technology is improving more and more every second. About 10 years ago, internet took more than half an hour to connect from oversized desktop computers. Now, it takes a click on a keyboard of an ultra-light laptop to connect to the internet. Technology evolved as the years passed by and now our cell phones, laptops, mp3 players, digital cameras are part of our everyday lives. These days, workers are tracked with navigation systems by employers, phone lines are tapped when certain words are used, e-mails are read, homes are survaillanced through the internet. But, how far does this go? Do our parents have to know exact coordinates of our whereabouts any time they want? Should we be scared that we might be interpreted as a terrorist every time we are on the phone? Indeed, technology is used for good causes but it violates our privacy. One of the biggest example to advantages of technology could be; governments stopping terrorists attacks and illegal activities by spying.

Is Poverty Neccecary

The most common method used to define poverty is income-based. A person is considered poor if his\her income level falls below some minimum level that cant correspond basic needs. But this basic needs change society to society. Therefore, poverty lines vary in time and place, and each country uses lines that are appropriate to its level of development, societal norms, and values.Thus,in my opinion poverty is important because if there wouldnt be poverty,there wouldnt be labour so there would be disorder.Even if everyone would be whealty,there would be a chaos,but not if some are under some level of whealth.Because balance is not the answer for all the quastions,sometimes balance may lead the disorder and imbalance.If there wouldnt be poverty,selectivity would be ruling around in peoples mind.They would be hard to satisfy and also hard to get along with.

I think poverty is necessary in order to provide world's economic balance. If we think about a country that everybody is rich ı think it is good but nobady would want to work so in my opinion that country can not develop. All of the people can live very comfortable but it is not possible in this world.Therefore we can conclude that poverty is necessary because the economics and money system is only based upon wealthy and poverty. Poverty is the negative part of life but unfortunately it is necessary

Altough poverty is bad thing and some of them suffer from poverty, it is necessary. Socities need to have poverty because if there are people who are poor in the world, there are rich people, too. It is unequality but they are the consequences of capitalist system. Unfortunately, poor people need money and they provide their money from wealthy people .

Despite its being cruel, capitalism is the most suitable monetary system for our world. When we look the opposite side of capitalism we see the socialism but actually socialism did not work When we compare capitalism and socialism we will probably prefer socialism because all people tend to be equal in this system, but in Russian Federation it is tried and it didn’t work. I think the most important reason of not working of socialism is human nature. I read the “Animal Farm”, the allegory of George Orwell’s, and I think the novel is very suitable example for our capitalism and socialism comparison. In Animal Farm, George Orwell explains metaphorically how US’ capitalism Beaten USSR’s socialism. When socialist system starts in the community everybody obeys the rules but after some time passes people change their feelings and thoughts according to their self-benefit and egoistic feelings. In the novel, there is a committee which decides the rules, and after some time passes they add a rule to list: “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than the others.” In Animal Farm, Orwell uses animals as the symbol of people living in USSR and from that symbolization he explains the reader that human beings does not worth an equal system because of their nature. In addition, Orwell wants to tell that people always need rulers and pressure makers upon them and that “leaders” of communities always use the other ones according to their self-benefit like in capitalism. In our world, our sources are limited and according to a theory, if rich people number does not increase, poverty will not increase either. In other words wealth of some people makes the others poor.

I think poverty is necessary. To provide world's economic balance, poverty is needed in some ways. Think of a country that everybody is rich, in that country, nobody would want to work. People would only spend their money without working and in the end, sources would run out. Also that country wouldn't develop. Think of a world which has only these type of countries; no developing, no education, no ambititon and as a result no sources after some time. We can also see other examples in our daily life. Such as big companies, -which is owned by rich people-employing poor people as office boys, maids, security guards, secretaries. If everyone one was rich, people would have to do all these work by themselves and they wouldn't have enough time and energy for all this work. Because of this no work would be done properly. As a result, with the evidence that i have offered, we can see how poverty is necessary.

If we accept the whole aprroachs about the poverty , we fall in a caos. Because it has many different aspects. First of these, United Nations Committee on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights' side defines the poverty like this, "poverty may be defined as a human condition characterized by sustained or chronic deprivation of the resources, capabilities, choices, security and power necessary for the enjoyment of an adequate standard of living and other civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights" . Thus poverty is the negative part of life and it is unnecessary. On the other hand, second aprroach is imperialism or capitalism because in these two system established on poverty and affluence. It based on opposite sides balance. According to this approach, if affluence is necessary, poverty is necessary too. Because, wealthy people must sell their products to poor ones, it is a balance policy of capitalism.

at first sight ''poverty'' word is not good. nobody wants to be a poor but there is a situation that people dont want to see. there should be poor people in the world so there can be rich ones and also there should be rich peole so there can be poor ones. it is a vicious circle that i dont like.but unfortunately it is a must.if each person can be rich, there will be no problem in the life. this means that all of the people can live very comfortable but it is not possible in this world. on the other hand we cant think a life that everyone is rich, therefore there is a meaningful circular reasoning. poor person are very important for rich also they are important for poor. if we can create a world that all people are rich an happy then no problem but we dont have a chance to do is so poverty is neccesary

I thınk poverty is not necessary . It is related with capitalist system which is problem and is not useful for people. It is about inequalities between the countries and people. On the other hand, it damages the relationshıp between the people. One side a big capitality is formed with its wealties, on the other side a week power is formed with its poverty. It is not acceptable situation for humanty and human rights. I am resist this motion because, in this system as you see now there is a big inequalty in the world. Everyday thousands people die of starvation in Africa.But in our country or Europe or United Stated... it doesn't take notice, every people live comfortablely and don't think the others which is in poverty. The other example for unnecessity of poverty is The French Revolution. As you know it become through poverty.
While there is a lots of bad example about poverty how we can say it is unnecessary? How we can say capitalist system is useful ? I can answer these: NEVER!

Sounds like madness but poverty is necessery. Ofcourse poverty is the worst thing that people should not be in this situation. However in capitalist system there must be some groups which have less economic case. Otherwise, we can never say that capitalist system can survive.
There are inequalities between people in the world. It could be the result of the capitalism but until the economical system change (that is almost impossible), there have been capitalism and competitions and differences between people. Also according the George Marshall's article always there have to be poverty in capitalism system.
It is not that I mean people should live with poverty or die result of the starvation or cold. I just want to say that there is capitalism and it needs the inequailities between peoople to survive.

Globalization, imperialism, capitalism and the desire to seize the economic dominance and political power preclude the equality and prosperity world-wide. While a group of people is developing according to their own benefit, others suffer from being lack of money which is one of the most powerful tools in the world. This situation is not fair and contrary to human rights. Even though T. H. Marshall finds poverty and poor social class necessary for the existence of the upper class which is wealthier and powerful. Additionally, although all of the social classes have a different and special role on the rise of the modern societies in any time of the history since different statuses reveal different qualities and rights, the ones who held the economic dominance and political power do not have the right to utilize the weakness and indigence.

By being deeply concerned that extreme poverty persists in all countries of the world, regardless of their economic, social and cultural situation and that its resulting consequences such as hunger, disease and lack of adequate shelter are particularly severe in developing countries, I don’t think that the poverty is the only necessity for globalization and modernisation. For me, modernisation should not ignore the rights of the poor people such as health, education, sheltering etc. and benefit from their destitution.

Today, development is dependent on the “development of the undeveloped” but my idea is that there can be find other resolutions which will not only help the wealthy class gets wealthier but also support the poor class a life in welfare. It may not be possible to provide all social classes the same life standards but still there can be created new programs or systems by the help of especially United Nations bodies and all governmental and non-governmental organizations.

In conclusion, poverty is unfortunate but “lower class” is necessary in the sense of globalization and rise of the modern civilizations because they exacerbate the economic and social problems in less powerful parts of the world. For me, poverty is unnecessary, ideally; but it is unavoidable realistically. But it still can be eradicated and the gap between upper and lower class can be diminished.

How can we be happy?

Poverty...The fact which drag people into robbery,corruption,snatching...According to these bad habbits; sometimes we can thing about the costs of wealthy.People who see the differences between rich and poor decide to give the exact opinion on poverty.It is necessary for being contended in society without any problems and illegal attidues.Impossibility of changing the currency disparities make us to expect the indigence in the world.On the other hand; difficulties of living in bad economical conditions make people to think about this complicated fact.However; if we are trying to find the answer of being happy we should change our view of life and accept the poverty for our peace.

I think it is not necessary. The world is big enough. If all people live together whit equality, it will be a better place for everyone. But in our world it's imposible. There are some big countries such us the USA and France. They take world resources more than they need so some countries had to live a poverty life. If they hadn't done that, world would has been a better place to live. Because poor people have to work in a very heavly job. And some of them may be kill a rich person to take him or her money. That is not the equality and there is no need to poverty.

In this old world some people are taking decisions for future of the world at their very expensive stately homes. But at the same time people are dying because of starve. That’s why the most dangerous nuclear bomb ‘’capitalism’’ is so legal. Millions of people are dying because of inequality. The resource of inequality is again ‘’capitalism’’. They changed people into zombies. Who don’t ask, who don’t think. They created their own god from money, wickedness and greed by forgetting that the only creator is ''God''.

Like I wrote at first paragraph; they changed people into zombies. Not long ago people were more faithful. By the way their memories were better. Now they can’t remember their prideful pasts. They were the people who proved that it was really excellent to live in peace. They only battled for their independence, honor and state. They were the people who were battling with K. Atatürk, V. Lenin, E. Guevara, F. Castro and the others. Of course there are still so many people like them. I am sure that it will be more. But so many can’t remember them too.

Big brothers showed like there is no reason to being poor. They claimed that people are born equal; people can change their destinies etc… They visited children who are very poor and hungry and dying. They seemed like they are sad and caring about those poor. They only wanted to known as ‘’innocents’’.

It is not fair and necessary to drink tea for getting warmer at the broken sofa, that your father died on, in a cold Sunday and in a cold home. The only necessary thing is changing the world. We will!

I know it sounds like a cruel idea but, ı think that poverty is necessary. This situation provides the progress of societies because as Colquhoun said, the poverty encourage people endeavouring for anything.We do not expect to live everybody in same living conditions.Of course, some people can earn much more money than others ,perhaps due to the better education , working hard or different career chocies.Nobody change this inequality in society easily. People have different position in society according to their education. At this point , government must provide equality in education to all segment of society .If education equality is provided in society, we can accept poverty because some people don't want to use this chance effectively.Moreover, all societies need people who are in different occupation group. If ıt is paid attention to maintain balance in between poor people and rich ones, poverty does not constitute big problems in society.

Today poverty still have kept to fast increase to height.it is struggle that have to with to survive,to eat,to get dressed,to be health and get education.well,what is main of reason of the poverty?There are two universal reason in around world.if a county have insufficient capacity of output or if there is gap between wealthy people and poor people in distribution of income, that country will have problem which can't been solved easily by available goverment for example innercity where are increase commit cirime or problem of healthy .Besides infact there are specific reason about poverty.ı mean that if people don't have to give importance to social conscious this sitution won't overtake.I think people have to help and support financialy each other.

IS POVERTY NECESSARY?

I think there should not be poverty. In most of countries there are a lot of people who live in poverty and it is caused inequality. But everyone has same rights and should have same life’s forms. In the other hand poverty is caused undevelopment because of running only to live, the poor people spend their all time by working. They have no choices. They should earn money certain ways to live. Also in poor family children do not improve themselves because of difficulties in their lifes. So poverty has important problems, I wish we could do something to destroy. Actually we can do it; but it requires humanity for every person. Everyone should be minded and we should move together for poor people. We should be sensitive! Eventually, we live together and we are affecting each other’s life.
In Marshall’s article, he mentions about citizenship and society, he talks about rights and he defends that there is only one exact right and it is the education right children have. Yes it is true; but this right even could not be used. For example in Turkey, do all children study any school? Surely they do not. Who is responsible? Only their families? I do not think so. We are all responsible for this problem. But unhappily we do not do anything for even if this important problem. Any more, we must be mindful!

In this globalised world, we are all face to poverty and social inequality that are the concequences of capitalism and desire of holding the political power and having economic dominance. Even, we sometimes suffer from poverty in society while we are keeping going to live and survive, such as robbery, severity, illegality and ignorantness. Therefore all social institutions are organized to meet for one common point that is to hamper poverty and provide social equality within society in order to access citizenship and the exixtance of democrasy in social means.

However, even though we all suffer from poverty and try our bests for diminishing the huge gap or difference between the social classes or aiming to afford quite similar economic income and social life standard within individuals in society as a social duty, we are all aware of the impossibility of rebelling against poverty as we consider that we are living in a kind of world where all points are made or created with the traces of capitalism. If we examine the system of capitalism, we can determine that in capitalism there is no concept of social inequality. As Marshall refers, according to capitalist approach we need to have poverty, social inequality and diversity in economic means in order to have elite class and wealtier people living with poor ones. Moreover, we can conclude that there should be under-developed countries in order to see some developed ones. For instance, in this globalized world, developed countries provide their opulence by exploiting the developing countries. If there was no poor state to exploit and take advantage on, then there would be no rich countries, because they ensure their economic dominace by controlling poor ones. At this point we can suppose that poverty is necessary in order to create wealtier countries. The other example can be given in business life, the shareholders or businessmen can not make profit and increase their revenue without labors. Therefore, the bussinessmen get richer and richer with the labor power of the poor class.

Finally, throughout these examples and Marshall's statements, I agree with the idea which illustrates that poverty is necessary. Actually, I am aware of that social inequality and poverty are not the suitable positions for accessing citizenship, human rights and social healty in society. However, by considering the type of system that assits the world turning around I understan that we can not hamper the poverty that helps the wealtier people get more rich but maybe only diminish the gap between the social classes by tring our bests as a social duty.

In poor countries people cannot find job to work. For that reason unemployment ratio is very high. Even if they can find job they are gaining few money. Big companies establish factories in poor countries. Thus they can find workers, who work much cheeper than their own countries worker. This is the reason why they gain little money despite they work harder. Big companies exploit their poverty. For big companies poverty is necessary. They are producing more, spending few and gain more. In Africa, the African people work in mines. They are mining to find diamond. They are gaining only $1 dollar per day, but people, who own jewellery company or something like that, gains much than $1 dollar in a minute. This is the current system, that we live in. Even if we like it or don't like it, we are the part of this system. Poor people produce, we spend money to buy, and someone gain through this system. Poverty is one of the reason, why underdevelop socities still on the world. They have meagre social services. They have no medicines. In this world people still starving. Still there are people who cannot find something to eat, don't have somewhere to live. Person who said, "poverty is necessary" is against to the healthy and peaceful world.

I am convinced that poor people are the ones who made rich people, and rich people are the ones who made the first civilizations. In the early settlements, the inequality between people increased so much that the strong ones had enough power and comfort to own and to work people. So a new class called labour has been developed by the means of the rich class, and by coursety of the labour force civilizations have developed. That’s a fact that no one can deny. But when we think of the other fact that every day about 25,000 people die because of poverty, this hurts…They may be the reason of the civilization, but they are at the same time victims of the civilization.So this pushes us to question their existences necessity. If poverty didn’t exist, I really can’t imagine in what conditions we would live, but we certainly wouldn’t have the same opportunities and comfort like today. İs it worth thousands of people’s lost every single day? That’s a relative subject, but I prefer living equally, in order to have all the gadgets (except my i-pod, cell phone, laptop and television =))
