Is Poverty Neccecary

The most common method used to define poverty is income-based. A person is considered poor if his\her income level falls below some minimum level that cant correspond basic needs. But this basic needs change society to society. Therefore, poverty lines vary in time and place, and each country uses lines that are appropriate to its level of development, societal norms, and values.Thus,in my opinion poverty is important because if there wouldnt be poverty,there wouldnt be labour so there would be disorder.Even if everyone would be whealty,there would be a chaos,but not if some are under some level of whealth.Because balance is not the answer for all the quastions,sometimes balance may lead the disorder and imbalance.If there wouldnt be poverty,selectivity would be ruling around in peoples mind.They would be hard to satisfy and also hard to get along with.
