Aid to Africa?

I think aid to Africa should not be stopped. Because if it stops they can not progress on their own. More than half of African requires food assistance especially women and children. They are many things to be done to deal with this situation. HIV viruses patrol in Africa to kill the productive labour. And another problem is unchecked population growth. These two problems can be solved with a large scale sexual education with using causal teaching. They should know what is to be done. Africa is rich in resources such as minerals, timber, oil, diamond , golden. These materials are controlled by whitemen. I think whitemen could create factories and set up basic facitilies to Africans' economical progress. And then they should unhand from these materials to see what will Africans do with them. They had no chance to function their sources before. Only with their own operations can save them from poverty. Providing compensation to local farmers is one of the greatest solutions for ending the famine. If local produced feed use for aid we would see a development of feeding poors faster and cheaper. When feed come from another part of the world then prices increase and may be it could be very late for helping. Also some given foods could be genetically-modified which can blaze some complex illnesses. Africans are not guinea pigs, West people must learn it. Growing their own feed can also be a solution to another problem which is called "aid addiction". Another thing is not to try to save the present day. Should be focussed on basic issues to make some radical solutions. Let me talk about education. Some peoples think that education is the basic problem in Africa. Come on! It is rubbish. Do you believe that you learn something when you are hungry, thirsty ? I do not think that aid to Africa should stop, stopping aid to Africa means a death of a continent. Whitemen allow them to use their resources for saving on their own.
