Aid to Africa?

Stopping all aid to Africa certainly results in a worse situation for Africa then now. According to statistics, more than half of Africa is now in need of food and many children die of malnutrition. Level income differs between countries of Africa and north side is better than others. In Ethiophia, level in come per capita per year is not even 100$ in a year. It is only 90$. In this case, can stopping all aid help them? Absolutely not. Only hope for them is aid which comes from other governments. Aid slightly decreases the number of people who die because of famine and some incurable diseases. It is a well-known fact that aid is not only solution for African poverty. Africa is in need of radical changes in government and economic policies; but stopping all aid is not a solution .I approve that it is not right to make them addicted to aid. Giving then opportunities to work and earn money to survive may be a solution but this requires a well-structured government. Finally, stopping aid does not help them , it causes Africa to be in a worse condition.
