Aid to Africa?

I don't think if all aids are stopped,poverty will finish.Because they need aids.If they don't receive aids,they won't survive.Aids only are not solution to finish poverty. Aids that they receive until now don't contribute poverty in Africa.This is a fact.Although Africa has good resources, Africa doesn't use them because of bad policy.So they always need other countries.This make Africa depending on them.After they take aids,they don't anything to develop their countries.They should make something themselves.But on the other hand,poverty is not their blame.Even if they want to do something fpr their coutries, they must manage natural disasters. 50 million children are malnourished and 4 children of every 10.000 die per day other from diseases and malnourished.Disasters,conflict and diseases such as HIV (% 30 sextually active HIV positive) cause poverty and poverty is the most important problem for undevelopment countries. They should take aids such as water,medicine etc.These are basic needs to keeps people alive.Also long-term development aid play role helping people to work their way out of poverty.For example:Democracy is spreading in Africa with election.Independent television and radio were established.These became by aids.What's more, education is key for development against poverty.Children go to school by aids.Because of all of these reasons aids shouldn't be stopped.African's people receive aids until now and they are depend on these aids.So,I think cutting all aids means that they will be killed.
